TCM Slimming Journey with Dr Huang Jing PART 3

My Diet Throughout the first 10 sessions and my habits or Exercising

Hey guys, I'm back with an update about my Slimming Journey with Dr Huang Jing. (Doctor Huang's Consultation Times are every TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAY) Today I'll be talking about my Diet & my Exercise habits during my journey. 

I am a firm believer of "Life is too short to miss out on this delicious food" and many a times during my slimming journey with Dr Huang Jing, I have snacked and ate my favourite - Carbohydrates (Rice, Noodles, Bread etc.) But my believes has also lead to my slimming results to take a slow slow path. Please allow me to explain.

Starting Weight of this Journey with Dr Huang Jing: 80KG

1st - 3rd Treatment(3 days consecutive):
Diet: No Carbs at all - Ate Salad, Fish Soup with no noodles or rice, Fruits for meals
CHEAT DAYS: Chocolate Snacks
Accompanying Supplement: Enzyme Plum and Enzyme Jelly to aid in digestion
EXERCISE LEVEL: NIL
Weight Decrease: 1.5KG


4th - 7th Treatment:
Diet: Low Carbs - Ate Salad, Fish Soup with no noodles or rice , Yong Tau Foo without any noodles or rice, Sandwich for breakfast & Fruits.
CHEAT DAYS: Dinner With Friends with Dessert to end the day, Bubble Tea(KOI)
Accompanying Supplement: Enzyme Plum and Enzyme Jelly to aid in digestion
EXERCISE LEVEL: Before Bedtime, 30 Sit ups, 30 Crunches
Weight Decrease: 1.9 KG


7th to 10th Treatment:
 
Diet: Low Carbs - Ate Salad, Soups , Yong Tau Foo without any noodles or rice, Sandwich for breakfast & Fruits. 
CHEAT DAYS: Food Tasting - which meals meals after 7pm and include oily food, carbs, sweets & meat.
Accompanying Supplement: Enzyme Plum and Enzyme Jelly to aid in digestion
EXERCISE LEVEL: Before Bedtime, 30 Sit ups, 30 Crunches, Swimming once a week
Weight Decrease: 0.7 KG


After 10 Treatments, which took about 1.5 months. Total Weight Decrease - 4.1KG

But if you want a more effective result, Here's a recommended diet that Dr. Huang suggest:

First 3 Days:
Morning: 2 Eggs with a warm cup of milk
Afternoon: 1 Fish with 1 Veg or just Vegetables
(salad is ok but cut down on the dressing)
Night: Fruits - Dragonfruit, Cherry Tomato, Apples is best.


Subsequent days:
Morning: OATS or Egg and Milk
Afternoon: 1 Fish or 1 Meat with Vegetables
Night: Fruits, any but avoid High sugar fruits like Durian.

Another tip: While eating salad makes you feel healthy, it also makes you feel bloated and uncomfortable due the the "coldness" of the raw vegetables. 1-2 times a week is the max for your salad intake.

Eat everything in moderation is your best policy. If you follow this diet plan, together with the treatments you do at Han Dian TCM, I'm sure your results will be better than mine! But that is also subjected to your body conditions but Confirm will lose weight one!
