Wet & Wild Megalast Lip Color and Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick

I recently stepped into Watsons at Raffles City and I saw a 20% discount on Wet & Wild products and I started a swatch party for a good 10-15 minutes. Haha. I finally chose 3 lip products to purchase, 2 Lipsticks and 1 Liquid Liptick.

First: Wet & Wild Megalast Lip Colour in Rose Bud and Wine Room. They retail at $6.90 each (if I remembered correctly) which is really affordable. The application came on really smooth and the colour is vibrant and very suitable for everyday use. 

I also got the Megalast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick in shade Rebel Rose. It retails at $12.90 each and it's a really pretty nude shade with the slight dusty pink colour. The application is slightly streaky but it is pretty pigmented and it felt like nothing on my lips after it dries down. 1 word - Comfortable.

Here are the swatches of the colours and they are all with a pink tone unknowingly. Haha. These are all in 1 swipe only and I'm quite impressed with the pigmentation. Which shade do you like?

I am definitely going to explore more shades of the Wet & Wild Lip product range and i would recommend you to try them out too. They are available at selected Watsons store, I have seen them in Raffles City and Bedok Mall outlet so far.

I've got 2 Plush Up Lip Gelato in Flirty Fushia and Pink Lemonade, 1 Plump Up Lip Liner in Vintage Pink and the Cool Glow Cheek Tint in Pink Perfection.

I love the sleek black shiny packaging and there is a special way to open the Lip Gelato. You slide up the branding panel on the tube and pop comes the lippie. And you can just slide it back and lock it with a pop sound.

Here are the swatches with flash. I feel that the colours are so wearable from light pink to flirty pink to nude pinks. 

Here is me buay paiseh selfie for you to see. The lighting was too harsh so the blush could not be seen T__T. But..But.. look at my lips lined with the Vintage Pink Lip Liner, I like the nude colour which is very wearable and it feels like I have nothing on my lips.

Here I have topped it off with the Flirty Fushia Plush Up Lip Gelato. It gives me a rosier complexion which I love. It makes me look more awake and ready to take on the world! Ok, just kidding. But it definitely makes the overall look brighter. What do you think?

Urban Decay VICE Special Effects & Jean-Michel Basquiat Collection.

Hello Hello, I'm back with another make up product post. These few months I have been going crazy buying loads of Lip products and I have 8 more coming from the U.S. Those swatches will be up soon. But first, let me share with you my new found lip magic product from Urban Decay.

I first saw these babies when my girl friend shared it with me and I went to google more about it and hence it ended up in my lip product collection. #thanksbabe They are the Urban Decay VICE Special Effects Lip Coat in Copy Cat and White Lie. They retail at $30 each and only 20 shades are available at Sephora ION. For the full range, you have to visit Urban Decay stores.

I went crazy swatching in the Urban Decay store in Taka.

Afew days later, the Urban Decay x Jean-Michel Basquiat collection was launched and another girl friend of mine shared the swatches in our group chat, and then this beautiful shade, Epigram landed in my collection too. A beautiful warm tone which looks absoultely amazing on light - medium skin tone for me.

Here's a swatch of Copy Cat on top and White Lie below. Base colour is MUM-BAI from Australis Cosmetics.

Here are the swatches on my arm. White Lie looks really mesmerizing on a dark lip and you can wear Copy Cat on its own or on top a nude lip. The UD x Jean-Michel Lipstick glides on smoothly and it is pretty pigmented in my opinion.

Some people might think that these products are too loud and "crazy". I do understand that I can't wear the special effects look to work but I can wear it to a dinner date or for a party look right? It's all up to your personal preference on style and how you feel.

Favourite Drug Store Brand Liquid Lip Singapore

I'm finally had the time to sit down and swatch these babies for you guys. I love these Australis Velourlips Matte Lip Cream. I first found them at a Watson's Roadshow and I'm since opened to the world of liquid lip. Although these do not have the best formula, they are definitely kiss proof. They are a little on the dry side and dry a little sticky but that's all that you have to complaint about. And with the Watson sales going on almost every other day, you are sure to get them at less than original price!

My CNY Nails with Vanitee Certified Artist - THENAILARTASAURUS

Hey Hey! I'm here to share with you me Chinese New Year Nails of 2016, the Year of the Fire Monkey! As I am born in the year of the monkey and this year's fire monkey does not seem well for me, I do not want to have fiery red nails la, so I toned it down to some nudes colour instead. Can you guess?

Recent Beauty Hauls - Bobbi Brown and History of 후(Whoo)

Hey beautifuls! I'm back to share with you some of my beauty hauls I've got recently. I got them through a friend who was travelling so the prices are cheaper than outside I guess? Hehe. These 2 brands are new to my makeup collection but I'm diving in to try them out!

1. The History of 후(whoo) Lip Gloss Set of 6.

A Collection of long-lasting glamorous lip glosses that quickly melts into the skin and vivdly evoke the gorgeous colours of royal court jewellery. Provides UV protection and wrinkle control.

2nd Item that I invested was a Bobbi Brown Smokey Nude Eye Palette.

It is everything you need and more for a soft or sultry look this Fall. Featuring eight eyeshadows in a variety of neutral tones and matte, shimmer and glitter textures, it has everything you need to create a wide range of looks.

Berrisom Lip Stain - Apply it, Wait for it, Work it.

*Beauty Review*

Recently I've seen this Beautiful Berrisome Lip Tint Pack going around in beauty world for it's wonderful long lasting power. So I couldn't resist and bought 3 of them from Qoo10 SG. When they arrived, I could not wait to swatch them and try them out!

Bright and attractive colours makes me really excited! Haha, is it weird to be excited about packaging? I hope not. They look so fun to have

Important point to note when purchasing Berrisom Lip Tint is their packaging. The Cap of the tube and also the safety seal. Read the buyers reviews first before purchasing to ensure that everyone got the same product from this Supplier before making purchases! :)

Applicator is similar to some of the lip products I have, which I personally find it convenient and easy to apply. Apply, Wait, Peel, Work it, 4 Steps! But becareful of the area you apply because it stains really easily!

When you squeeze it out, it is like this thick gel/glossy texture. Spread it around evenly and wait for it to dry. Usually about afew minutes will do. Colours here are
Virgin Red - A Deep reddish Colour that resembles blood when squeezed out
Bubble Pink - very bright pink colour that looks a little like strawberry jam
 Wild Scarlet - A orangey colour that made me a little afraid that the colour will be too intense.

After it's dry, Peel it and you'll have stained lips with no sticky feeling or colour transferring for long hours! Unless you are eating oily food, which happened to me, the colour on my lips were fading off, almost gone after my meal. Oh Man.. But well I guess oil base make up removers will work well to remove the lip tint right? :)

Trying out #Berrisome Liptint today! It's actually pretty easy to peel.. Today I'm going to test it's lasting powers! Colour in Virgin Red! 😍❤️
