A great start to a party would be the small bites; the Morganfield's Pork Trio - ($15.90++) - It consist of Beer Candied Bacon, Popcorn Pork and Sliced Pork Bratwurst. A great basket full of porky treats.

Introducing the Takeaway Menu, Featuring an array of lip smacking goodies.

1. Bourbon Marmalade Glazed Leg of Ham ($168.90+) - 4-5KG, can feed 10 - 12 people

2. Crackling Pork Roast - ($38.90+) - 1 Kg of Pork Belly Roasted & braised to deliver Tender & Juicy meat paired with the crispy crackling skin. I don't know how they do it.

3. Roast Chicken ($32.90+) - An approximately 1.4KG Juicy & Plump Chicken stuffed with Rosemary, onion, celery & carrots, served with roasted potatoes.

Morgan's Christmas Feast ($149.90+) - It Consist of Half Slab of Each of the Christmas Hazelnut & the Christmas Cranberry Sticky Bones, Crackling Pork Roast (400g), 3 Sausages, Gammon Ham Slices (200g), Turkey Breast Ham Slices (200g). Morganfields Christmas 2014

I always love Christmas Platters and I am always impressed with Morganfield's Sharing Platters, What more their Christmas Platter! YAY! I was delighted to be invited to their new Suntec City Outlet for a Christmas Tasting session along with a few other blogger friends!

Let's start with some delightful drinks. The White Christmas Sangria - $16.90++ is a mixture of white wine, Peach puree, diced apples & oranges, a little alcohol won't do any harm right? And the Red Christmas Cooler - $8.90++ Lemon, Watermelon, Cranberry with Frozen Blackberries is a non-alcoholic version.

Hmm, Starting off with a Bang was the Highly Anticipated Beer Candied Bacon!!! Who can resist Bacon ??? I love Bacon! It taste just like ang moh bak kwa!! Everyone should try!!

Beer Candied Bacon - $8.90++

Basketful of Pork - Beer Candied Bacon again, with Popcorn Pork and Pork Bratwurst accompanied with Ranch sauce! Such a delicious basket to start the night of feasting rolling~

Basketful of Pork - $15.90++

HUGEEEEEEEEEEEE LEG of  Ham! This huge baby here is about 4-5KG. The Bourbon Marmalade Glazed Leg of Ham has the best glazed skin that night, Hands(leg) Down! Sweet yet savory, the aromatic feels in my mouth, the fats that melts on palete.. I Highly recommend it to everyone!!

Christmas Hazelnut Roast Chicken is the perfect size for a family of 4 to get a little festive celebration! The beautifully browned whole spring chicken (800-900g) contains traditional chestnut stuffing. Laid with breadcrumbs for that extra crunch for a better contrast of textures with the tender juicy meat in your mouth!

This year, Morganfield's Singapore is introducing 2 special Christmas edition Sticky Bones sauces to bring Christmas cheers - They are the American Rouge Hazelnut Nectar and the Cranberry Sticky Bones. Accompanied with the many delicious sides such as Roasted Carrots & Potatoes, Assorted Sausages, Cornbread, Caramelized Onions, French Beans and 2 Huge Turkey Legs!

This huge platter has enough meat to feed my family for days, OR a group of 5- 6 friends or even more if you have small eaters in your group! Everything is so delicious on this platter. The christmas sticky bones are fork tender, making it really easy to eat but of course it would have more flavour if you ate with your hands, I'm not lying, Try it! The huge turkey leg is a real surprise because it was still so tender and juicy despite it's size, we were all skeptical at first. There is still ham, assorted sausages, Cornbread, roasted vegetables.. Looking at this makes me salivate again.. ♥

And it's never a complete meal without desserts in my opinion. The Cranberry 'n' Peach Crumble is a Hot & Cold combination, bringing you the best of both worlds! The fresh fruits somehow cleanses all the grease from the platter and the ice cream is just... Heavenly when paired with the warm crumble.

Ding Dong Ding Dong.. Christmas is NEAR!! Have you got your christmas plans planned out already? Have you decided where to eat your christmas dinner? Or a place to just gather and chill? I have a good place to introduce especially if you have a huge group with a lot of hungry men.. :D

Morganfield's Singapore is the only place that I have been too to satisfy my cravings for pork ribs and I have not tried others, which I think I won't be going around hunting for better ones already, Morganfield's has a place in my heart now. Awwww. Although it's location at The Star Vista Mall, just beside Buona Vista MRT is considered quite a journey for someone staying in the East, I would seriously consider heading down again just to eat em Ribs! You will know why if You have tried. If not, You should go and Try, I'm serious!

First Up, Festive Drinks, I love all special Cocktails or Mocktails. Love how some seemingly impossible combinations can appear during special occasions and surprisingly taste good! :)

This Red & White drink is a fruity mix of lemon, watermelon and cranberry juice. Garnished with cold cold almost like frozen blackberries. Take a sip first, then take a bite of the blackberry then take a sip of the drink again. It will be different! :)

Red Christmas Cooler - $8.90++

This Sunny Winter Season Drink is made up of a refreshing mix of white wine, peach puree, diced green apples and oranges. ALCAHOLIC HOR! It is refreshing with a little kick of the alcahol. Personally I would recommend this to anyone who feels that having a little alcahol on dinner time. :) Refreshing and it cleanse your palate from the rich sticky bones ribs that you are having!

White Christmas Sangria - $12.90++

For the Beer Lovers, To those who prefers Beer over cocktails, Morganfield's has something for you! A smooth mix of American craft stout beer and Kronenbourg Blanc in a 1-litre frosty mug guaranteed to quench Santa’s thirst! Pictured is a Singapore Ten Dollar Note beside the Huge Mug, Just to give you a idea on how big the Mug is. We Only tried a few sips and could not down it further, Too full from the platter that you will feast your eyes on soon!
