DYNA Treatment Perm with Headlines by Artistry

After what seems to be like 2 months, I'm back at Headlines by Artistry for my hair pampering session! My roots have grown out badly and the ends of my hair were dryer than dry. lol. Time for Elein to her magic on my hair again!

So this time, Elein suggested to me to do some treatment perm which can last up to 3 months! It's a temporary perm for ladies who would like to try out perming but are afraid that you might get bored of it after awhile. 

This DYNA Treatment Perm will allow you to achieve that perm but it will slowly loose the curls to become more of a natural wavy hair before going back to straight again. So it's like a 2 in 1! 1. Can do Treatment, 2. Can Perm hair. Awesomeeeeee!

After perming, Elein helped me touch up my roots. This machine over here helps the colour to penetrate quicker and I noticed that it forms a heart shape while doing it's job! Cute or what! Haha!

Here's the end result! Though it may not look as beautiful as those Thong-ed hair, but a little difference goes a long way. With this permed hair, I look like I have more volume in my hair as compared to the straight flat hair that I used to have. Perming results may vary from individual as everyone's hair condition is different. If your hair is healthier, the perms will turn out better! Trust me!

I'm back to Headlines Hairdressing for my monthly pampering, but sad to say that my previous stylist - Linus has left the salon. But not to worry, I am still in good hands, Please look for Ms Elein Chong, my new stylist.

3 Step Treatment with Headlines by Artistry

My hair was in a bad mess after not visiting Headlines for awhile and I did not take care of it at home either, therefore it has resulted in this. I had difficulty combing my hair after I wake up everyday because my hair was dry and I seriously too lazy to even apply any hair care products.. Behold:

So I contacted Elein and I had to get my smooth hair back while nursing my hair for my next hair project! Hehe. Keep you all in suspense first! :P Elein helped me do the 3 Step Treatment to lock in moisture and to nourish my hair to a better state. I'm smoking hot when I'm doing the treatment. Haha! #bareselfie because no make up.

After the treatment, Elein helped me trim my hair abit because my fringe was poking into my eyes already. Haha. Another one to show you how smooth my hair was. Hehe. Anybody want's my number now? *Flips hair* I couldn't really tie up my hair due to the smoothness but I'm not complaining! Because the smooth hair came with a GLOW! Super Major Love~ ♥

Hello Hello, It's the Festive season and now it's time to do some changes to my hair again! This colour is a temporary colour before my next change next month for my Penang Trip!! Hehe. 

This time, Elein was trying to remove the Redness from my previous dye so she covered with some Green but she didn't want my whole head to look so greenish and I was craving for Purple Hair, so Elein helped me dye some Reddish Purple which is safe for work! Hehe. Yay!

Going Red with Linus at Headlines by Artistry

WARNING - This will be the most exciting hair makeover post to appear on this blog till date. Please prepare yourself.

It started afew days before the Appointment that I was browsing for hair colour ideas to suggest to my stylist Linus to get his "approval". Haha, yes, He is in charge of my hair now because he saved it! He is my 救发恩人! It wasn't until the day of the appointment that I decided to get it to this change of colour. I'm not even sure if it NSFW (Not Safe/Suitable For Work) Here's my hair colour after 2 months, I'm still loving the dark hair on me but its good to have changes in life. 

Part 1 of my hair transformation, Can you guess what am I doing with my hair? 

Those were highlights! Copper Highlights to be exact! But the colour looks so orange right! But very interesting lor!

And now, its time to showcase the hair colour of my choice! It's RED!!! Yes! Haha. I have been wanting to try out red hair for many times but because of the concern that Red is very hard to strip off, so I have been putting it off for awhile now, but I guess it now or never right? Haha. 

I am SOOOOOOO in love with the results! Haha! I feel like I'm so much fairer! Which is such a good thing because no need to do whitening! Lol! The red on my head is not too striking and it is definitely Safe For Work! Haha. Now I am officially a Red Head! And red heads have more fun right?

Must insert some selfie here with my new hair. Can you see those Copper highlights? It's not very obvious but it adds on texture to my hair and and my hair looks like it has more body. I quite like this kind of Textured Highlights. Haha. Not like those ah Bengs Highlights! HAHA!

You must be wondering why my fringe clip until like that - it is because Linus was afraid that after the treatment my fringe will look very FLAT, so he say my fringe no need to do. Haha. I love stylist who cares about customer's well being rather than just trying to sell you a treatment without thinking about the customer.

I am very happy with the end results!! My hair looks like a Wig, lol! So shiny and straight. I remember the last time I had hair this straight was at least 6-8 years ago when I did rebonding. But this treatment is different. It is not as sensitive as rebonding where if you kiap your rebonded hair at a position for too long, the hair will have the shape that you kiap and that's bye bye rebonding. Lol. But this DYNA Treatment is different! 

Super Thank you to Linus again for helping me save my hair. Although I did suggest to him I want to dye those ash colour which is very trendy now, he say cannot because if he do, my hair cannot save liao. Haha! He's so honest about it, which I hardly find at other salons. Well, Honesty is the best policy you know!
