This annual highly-anticipated feast is back bigger and better this year – featuring 22 types of crab dishes, 26 kinds of seafood and a star cooked-to-order dish, ‘Crab in a Pan’.

From Snow Crab Legs to Flower Crab Curry to Salted Egg Yolk Crab. Expect a Challenging Meal over at Brizo to satisfy your crab cravings! With so many choices, I am spoilt for choices and I do not know which one to start with!

A Variety of stir fried crabs served in woks to is a pleasure sight to see. Salted Egg, Butter Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Chilli Crab etc.. Note: There is MANTOU for you to dip the chilli crab sauce!!! Although I was highly anticipating the Salted Egg Crab, I was a liitle disappointed with the flour they used to coat the crab and the salted egg factor wasn't strong enough..
My Favourite of the night would be the Heavenly Fragrance Crab(干香螃蟹), Just the right amount of flavour, Savoury and a little Spicy. It was one of those that left an impression that night.
Another Highlight of your experience at Brizo's Crazier abotu Crab Buffet is the cook to order Crab In a Pan! Consisting of a Whole Crab, Prawns, Clams, Black Mussels, Potatoes, Corn & Sausages! You can choose from 3 Different types of sauces, Tomato Base, Creamy Base or Fish Stock Base. Every Order of Crab In A Pan is served with Steak Fries and accompanied with Brizo's Chilli Crab Sauce!
Every Pan is filled with goodies, they come in servings of 2 or 4 pax, So the more people you have, the more variety you can try! My Personal Favourite is the cream base one as it was the tastiest! But all of them are full of flavour, it just depends on what you like actually.
